Scope and age requirement
These terms apply to Orakelia accounts and personalised reading services. The service may be used only by persons aged 18 or over. By submitting a request, you accept these terms for that order.
Formation of the contract
The reading type, reader, total price and request summary are shown before payment. For a paid order, the contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed; for a free reading, when the reward is expressly redeemed. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Nature and delivery of the service
Readings are personalised entertainment and self-reflection content. They do not guarantee future events, outcomes or success and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The usual target is 20–30 minutes; demand, quality review or technical disruption may cause a reasonable delay.
Price, payment and cancellation
The applicable total amount and currency are displayed before the payment button. Payments are one-off through the displayed provider. Duplicate or incorrect charges can be reported to support@orakelia.com; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal right and early performance
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw. Performance before that period ends starts only at your express request. The withdrawal right ends upon full performance only if you expressly consented in advance and acknowledged that consequence. If you withdraw before full performance, a proportionate amount permitted by law may be due for the service supplied at your request. You are responsible for providing correct contact details, uploading only images you are entitled to share, and not submitting another person’s private or sensitive data without permission. Unlawful, abusive, automated or deliberately misleading requests may be rejected.
Liability
Orakelia remains liable as required by law for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liabilities that cannot legally be limited. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Rewards, content and support
Under Orakelia Club, every 10 verified and non-refunded paid readings linked to an account earn 1 free reading. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not count toward another reward. Refunded or cancelled transactions may be removed from progress.
Reader profile visuals are original representative works prepared for Orakelia with secured usage rights.
